Coastal Town in British Columbia May Add Cell Tower to Its Landscape

Although having received protest from some upset residents, one of Canada’s largest telecom companies has determined this will be the best location for its current network needs. “It has to fit as part of our overall network, and that’s the best location for it. The tower will increase community safety. Roughly half of all 911 calls are now made by mobile phone users,” suggests a representative from the telecom company regarding the cell tower placement.

It is important that the owner of the bar seeks proper representation to assist him/ hercell tower 5 throughout the negotiation process of cell tower leasing, if the tower construction is approved. Many landowners throughout North America are being paid below-market value for the use of their property, due to the lack of information and representation provided for them. Ample information from a true landowner advocate is a key factor all property owners need in order to optimize the use of their land by the telecom and tower companies.
